Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy – ChotuToys.com

But if something’s not quite right, don’t worry—we’re here to help you out! 🤝

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • 🚫 You received the wrong product

  • 💔 The product is damaged or broken

  • 📦 Items are missing from your order

⚠️ Important: An unboxing video 🎥 is mandatory to process any return or exchange request. Please make sure you record your parcel opening when you receive it.

We accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery, provided that:
✅ The item is in original condition
✅ All tags are attached
✅ The product is unused and undamaged

📬 Customers must return the items using a traceable courier service at their own expense and include:

  • A copy of the invoice 🧾

  • The reason for return ✍️

🚚 Delivery charges are non-refundable.

💰 Refunds (If Applicable)

A refund is only applicable if:

  • The product is broken or faulty, and

  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery 🕓 via email at contact.chotutoys@gmail.com

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it 🔍 and notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 working days 🗓️ (excluding Sundays) and credited back to your original payment method. 💳

⚖️ Deductions / Non-Refundable Amounts

💳 For credit/debit card payments:

  • 4% government tax and 5% payment gateway/platform fee are non-refundable

🚚 For delivered items:

  • 4% courier tax + shipping fee are non-refundable

🚫 No Return / Exchange for:

❌ Inflatable toys
❌ Factory-sealed products
❌ Remote-controlled or battery-operated items 🔋
❌ Promotional or discounted items 🎉

💵 Advance Payment Policy

For orders above PKR 5,000, a 10% advance payment is required before dispatch.
This advance is non-refundable if the customer refuses the parcel upon delivery attempt. 🚫📦
